Kellond aligns course work from grade level to grade level to ensure children are on a path to success. The school has a strong sense of community and emphasizes children and their families. Parents are encouraged to become involved in the children’s education, and, in turn, the school works to understand the challenges children and families face. Kellond is an Opening Minds through the Arts (OMA) Gold school that incorporates the arts into the curriculum and helps students organize their thinking and learn how to express themselves through art, music and dance.

Kellond is proud to share that through the hard work of our amazing teachers, staff, and especially our children, Kellond Elementary has been recognized by the Arizona State Board of Education as an "A" school. We have demonstrated consistent growth over the past few years and plan to continue to do so into the future.
